Sydney · what we do

Four services.
One method.

Everything we clean gets the same treatment: hot water extraction, done properly, in seven steps, from inspection to fabric protection. The only thing that changes is what we point it at.

The method

How hot water
extraction
works.

One method for everything we clean: upholstery, mattresses, carpets and rugs. Hot water and cleaning solution go into the fibres under pressure, deep enough to reach the padding and the foam underneath.

The solution breaks the bond between the dirt and the fibre, and the same machine pulls it straight back out in the same pass — dissolved dirt, dust and mites with it. Because the liquid comes out immediately rather than soaking in, the piece is left damp rather than wet, and what came out of the foam does not settle back into it.

It reaches what sits deep in the filling rather than what shows on the surface, which is why it lifts stubborn odours and brings the colour back. The last step is a rinse with clean water only: cleaning solution left in the fibre attracts new dirt and leaves fabric stiff, so we take it all back out.

How we do it

Seven steps.
Every time.

Every job runs the same seven steps, from inspection to fabric protection. That's what separates looking clean from being clean.

  1. 01

    Inspection

We check the fabric and how each mark got there — a fresh spill isn't treated like ground-in dirt — and flag anything that might be permanent before we start, not after you've paid.

  2. 02

    Pre-vacuum

Dry soil comes out first with a thorough vacuum pass. Skip this and it just turns to mud the moment water goes on.

  3. 03

    Pre-spray

A pre-spray matched to the fabric breaks down embedded dirt and oils before any water touches it — wool gets a different mix to synthetic, not the same bottle for everything.

  4. 04

    Hand cleaning

The worst of it gets worked by hand, with a brush suited to the fabric, before the machine ever touches it.

  5. 05

    Extraction wash

Hot water and cleaning solution go in under pressure, deep enough to reach the padding, and come straight back out through the same machine in the same pass — Kärcher and Chemspec.

  6. 06

    Rinse

A final rinse with clean water only, until every trace of the cleaning solution is gone. Skip this and residue attracts new dirt within weeks.

  7. 07

    Aftercare

Optional: a fabric protector against the next spill, or an allergen treatment for dust mites — both A$30 an item, priced upfront in the calculator.

What we
don't do.

Saying this up front costs us a few bookings and saves everyone a wasted afternoon.

  • General house cleaning, windows or end-of-lease packages — we only do soft furnishings and floors
  • Re-dyeing, recolouring or repairing leather — cleaning won't close a crack
  • Wet cleaning of sheep and camel wool, suede or nubuck
  • Work in basements, garages, attics or storage units — living spaces only
  • Promising that every stain will disappear. Some are permanent, and we say which before you've paid anything
